We've provided sales consultation from hundreds of miles away, advising on negotiating price and reading between the lines on correspondence from the seller. We've helped a mom who called because her daughter's pony was bucking and bolting. Her trainer had all but give up on them but we helped them get back to the show ring. We've advised on mouthiness, spookiness, trail riding, saddle fit - you name it. We have even been called on a cell-phone from a round pen by someone who couldn't catch her horse. She'd been there an hour and a half. We talked her through it, asking questions about the horse's body language, and she had the horse caught in 5 minutes.
