Dressage
The PonyPros teach dressage with natural horsemanship methods and clicker training. Our horses reward us with the same collection, impulsion, and suspension as traditional dressage riders without the use of accessories like big bits, whips, martingales, and flash nose bands. Dressage was not meant to be a battle between horse and rider, nor was it meant to be the submission of the horse. Dressage is meant to be a dance celebrating the beauty of a perfect partnership. The horse should be light, willing, and seem to float underneath you. The rider should be relaxed, happy, and proud of herself and her horse; not embarrassed by the methods she used to get to that point or exhausted from having to hold her horse up. The Pony Pros will teach you how to do it all- travers, renvers, shoulder-in, etc, and we'll make sure you and your horse love it. Horses and riders of all abilities welcome.
