Evans Promised Land (Landy)

PonyPros evaluated Landy June 2010 during our field trip to Evans Welsh Ponies. 12 year old Emma was Landy's partner for the trip. Emma loved Landy from the moment she saw him. Landy is a lot like Emma's pony back home, Thistle. Landy is very mellow and calm. He is a low-fear pony, low stress, and low maintenance. He was great about carrying the saddle for the first time and Emma rode him a few times through the field and down the lane. Landy is ready to go to work and have a little girl or boy of his own.
Landy would do well in 4H, trail riding, or a hunter/jumper program. He's a good mover and has a beautiful topline. Landy has a big build and will look great carrying riders up to the age of 13. He has a gorgeous head and nice straight legs. Landy would also be a suitable pony for an adult female up to 5'4 in height.
Landy is sweet, calm, and has excellent manners. He's willing and wants to just get along. We would love to have him for training should he need some miles in conjunction with purchase :)
